On the way back, vehicle collects finished goods from other side of the production lines and transports them to warehouse. Condominium Information Management System

TechnoPlus provides custom software solutions for condos in Sri Lanka. TechnoPlus Condominium Information Management System (CIMS) consists of two major sub-systems:

1. Central Database

2. Management Software

Central database stores all information related to homeowners and guests. Management software is a password-protected computer program which manipulates all information in the database. Management software has following capabilities:

1. Insert new home owner/guest information and update  existing information

2. Search Facility

a. By resident type, floor, citizenship, etc.

3. Individual home owner/guest profiles

We recommend using a Personal Computer that consists of enough hardware capability to run Microsoft Windows XP efficiently. To get correct use of the CIMS and its components, approximate hardware capabilities should be as below:

Queue Management System

How it works

When cashier presses the Next button (Figure 1) in the control panel, two identical copies (containing same token no.) of tokens are printed. Every time Next button is pressed, control panel generates a sequential number. If cashier wants to add a number different from the one generated from the Next button, cashier presses the Clear button and adds the desired number using the keypad.

Display Systems

When goods are ready to be issued for a particular customer transaction, store personnel can type the token number in the control panel and press OK button. That particular token number will display in the LED or 7-Segment display with an alert sound.

Soya ice-cream machine was brought to us by a local importer, because of some manufacturing faults on it. We troubleshoot and improved the efficiency of the machine. Most of the imported factory machines can not be recovered or upgraded because the manufacturer doesn’t provide after sales services outside of their country. Our team is capable of repairing and upgrading imported factory machines.
