Condominium Information Management System

TechnoPlus provides custom software solutions for condos in Sri Lanka. TechnoPlus Condominium Information Management System (CIMS) consists of two major sub-systems:

1. Central Database

2. Management Software

Central database stores all information related to homeowners and guests. Management software is a password-protected computer program which manipulates all information in the database. Management software has following capabilities:

1. Insert new home owner/guest information and update  existing information

2. Search Facility

a. By resident type, floor, citizenship, etc.

b. By keyword

3. Individual home owner/guest profiles

4. Data backup and recovery mechanism

We assure the upgradability of the CIMS. With growing requirements of your organization, we can develop new components to CIMS to enhance functionality in future.

Specification

We recommend using a Personal Computer that consists of enough hardware capability to run Microsoft Windows XP efficiently. To get correct use of the CIMS and its components, approximate hardware capabilities should be as below:

- CPU speed – 2.5GHz or above

- Hard Disk – 250GB or above

- RAM – 1GB or above

We recommend that you install software below to get correct use of the Condominium Information System:

- Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7

- Microsoft Office 2010 or latest

- Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or latest

- Java Runtime Environment (We will supply and install)

- MySQL DBMS (We will supply and install)
